Meet Shiriki
Shiriki Davis has proudly called Montgomery County home for more than a decade and brings a proven record of leadership, community engagement, and results-driven service to her work within the Democratic Party.
Shiriki holds a degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston. Her professional career spans more than two decades in leadership and sales, including roles as a store and district manager in retail and, for the past 21 years, a highly successful career in pharmaceutical sales. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for superior performance, exceptional accomplishments, and meaningful business impact across multiple therapeutic areas. These experiences have strengthened her ability to lead teams, communicate complex information in clear and relatable ways, and motivate people to take action—all skills essential to building a strong, effective county party.
Shiriki has an extensive history of volunteerism and leadership within Montgomery County. She has been an active member of the Junior League of The Woodlands since 2017, serving in multiple leadership roles including IMPACT Committee Chair and Assistant Chair along with serving her congregation at Fallbrook Church for over 17 years. She is also actively involved with Young Men’s Service League (YMSL), an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., The Woodlands Chapter, and in 2024, she joined the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), further reflecting her commitment to mental health advocacy.
In 2024, Shiriki was elected Montgomery County Democratic Party Precinct 100 Chair. In this role, she organized multiple voter registration efforts with community partners, led youth voter education initiatives, and mobilized door-to-door voter education activities for teenagers. Her work demonstrates a hands-on, inclusive approach to party-building and voter engagement.
In addition, Shiriki collaborated with The Partnership Center and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in 2023, authoring a powerful story published in the National Faith in Action Guide on Maternal Health—highlighting her ability to elevate critical issues through storytelling and advocacy.
Shiriki has been married for nearly 22 years and is the proud mother of three sons, as well as honoring the memory of a son she holds in her heart. Her dedication to family, faith, and community continues to guide her leadership and her commitment to strengthening the Democratic Party across Montgomery County.
